If you are a producer signatory to the Writers Guild of America Basic Agreement, we wish to remind you of certain provisions of that agreement.
You are required by the provisions thereof to furnish the following to the Guild on a weekly basis:
- A list of the names of writers (both Guild members and non-members) in the employ of your company during each week or any portion thereof (whether employment is on a flat deal, term, or week-to-week basis).
- A list of the names of writers (both Guild members and non-members) from whom previously unexploited material has been purchased at any time during the preceding week.
The above information should be reported to the Guild using the downloadable Excel worklist template.
